What I Do
Get Fit with You Fitt
As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. I offer clients one to one training session in a gym environment or from home. I also offer group sessions for friends, family or teams that want to work out together and build a healthier lifestyle.
Online coaching
Online coaching is a way for you to get a 6-week routine planned out for you - I will tailor the routine to help you reach your goals...whether that is to tone-up, lose weight or gain muscle.
Personal Training Sessions
Personal Training sessions can be done in the gym or from home. These sessions will be in person, where I coach you through your routine. I will be able to correct your technique and motivate you with your workout routine.
